It depends on the plant type, season, and your home's humidity. Most indoor plants prefer to dry out slightly between waterings. Check the soil moisture with your finger – if the top inch is dry, it's time to water. We provide care guides with each plant!

Yes! We offer free local delivery for orders over $50 within the metropolitan area. For orders under $50, there's a flat $10 delivery fee. We also offer priority delivery for our Estate package customers.

We stand behind the health of our plants! Our Starter package includes a 30-day guarantee, Garden Pro has 60 days, and Estate packages include a 90-day guarantee. If your plant struggles within the guarantee period, we'll help you troubleshoot or replace it.

Absolutely! We're open Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. Come explore our greenhouse, get personalized recommendations, and find your new favorite plant!

We carefully package all plants for delivery. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Yes! Our Garden Pro and Estate packages include consultation sessions. We also offer standalone consultations for $50/hour where we can help troubleshoot problems, create care schedules, or advise on plant placement.

Some of our plants are toxic to pets if ingested. We label all plants with pet safety information. If you have pets, ask us about pet-safe alternatives like spider plants, Boston ferns, or prayer plants!

Yes! We offer repotting services starting at $15 depending on pot size. We can repot plants you purchase from us or ones you bring in. We also sell a variety of pots and premium potting soil.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and cash for in-store purchases. For larger orders, we also offer payment plans through Affirm.
